Parking was a breeze, and it was really easy to access everything from there. No hassle at all.

"Really clean and well kept"
I was impressed by how clean the zoo was. Like, everywhere we walked, the paths looked tidy and the exhibits seemed really well taken care of. Even the bathrooms were decent, which is always a nice surprise at a busy place like this...

Really nice day here. Super easy. Food lines went faster than I expected. Snacks were good too. Bathrooms were clean, which always matters. Lots of spots to sit. Water refill areas too. Big help with kids.

"Fun day with the kids, but we were wiped out"
We took the kids to the MN Zoo they had a great time. Lots of animals, plenty to look at, and getting around wasn’t too confusing. But yeah… it got crowded in a few spots. And the food prices were a little much. We ended up tired faster than I expected. Still a good family day, just not quite as easygoing as I was hoping.

"Helpful staff and a smooth visit"
We had a really nice day at the Minnesota Zoo. The whole visit felt smooth overall, and the staff made it even easier when we got a little turned around trying to find a few exhibits.
Everyone we talked to was friendly and seemed to know a lot about the animals. They answered my kid’s random questions without making us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because the food lines were a bit slow, but the staff definitely made the experience a good one.

"Better than I expected, especially the habitats"
I had a really good time here. I expected the animal areas to be decent, but they were bigger and cleaner than I thought they’d be, which made the visit feel a lot more enjoyable. The trails were easy to follow too, so we got to see everything without feeling rushed or crowded. The bears and tigers were definitely my favorites. I’d happily go back again.

"Decent value, but it left me a bit unsure"
The ticket price felt fair for a full day out, and the kids had a great time. I was happy with that part. That said, a few little things didn’t quite match what we expected, and it kind of made me question how much I’d trust the place next time. Still a fun day overall, just not as reassuring as I’d hoped.
